1. Shipping Methods
Paradise ships our product throughout the 48
contiguous United States.
Standard Shipping: - Shipping Plus Handling is different depending on size and weight of item- UPS GROUND
Expedited Shipping: Not Offered
Freight Delivery Shipping and Handling on large items – Call For Quote 817-443-0040
Shipping times are subject to product availability. Our UPS
carrier requires a street address and phone number. We do
not ship to P.O. Boxes. All Products require a signature upon delivery.
2. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed on a business day will be shipped within the next ten (10) business day after all funds are available to Paradise. The customer will be notified if there is any additional delay due to material shortages or revision release timing.
3. International Shipping
We do not accept orders from any international locations.

Paradise has the discretion to occasionally update this

Paradise Backyard offers the following limited warrants against defects in material and workmanship on our outdoor kitchens and components:
Lifetime Structural Warranty
We warranty that the structure frame is free from manufacture defect for as long as you own your island. Galvanized Steel Stud Construction.
Lifetime Component Warranty
If you purchased a Paradise Grill we warranty that the stainless steel cooking grids, stainless steel housing and boxes, liners, stainless steel hoods, and BBQ faces are free from manufacture defect for as long as you own your Paradise Grill. Side burners and other Paradise components are warranted to be from manufacture defect for a period of One (1) years. Ignitions systems and all other BBQ accessories are warranted for one year. All other grill types are warranted by the individual manufactures of that product.
Decorative Finish Warranty
We warranty the decorative finishes are free from manufacture defect at the time of delivery, including:
Stucco
Grout
Brick
Rock
Tile
Stone
Granite
Extent of Warranty
Our Warranty is only valid on Paradise Backyard models delivered in the United States and extends through the selling dealer to the original purchaser at the original site of installation. This warranty becomes valid at time of purchase and ends either by specified time-frame listed above or upon owner transfer or relocation. Paradise Backyard warranties all labor costs for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt. After the warranty period, the Purchaser must pay all labor charges.
Manufacturer Warranty
Paradise Backyard models are manufactured with the highest quality and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of delivery. Manufacture Defect Warrantee does not include warrantee from use of this product, this includes wear and tear and/or damages caused by anything other then by manufacture defect. The appliance and other grill warranties are extended through the manufacturer of the product. These items include, but are not limited to, the following: Grills, Stereos, Appliances, Speakers, Refrigerators, Keg Refrigerators, Accessories, Doors, Drawers, Palapas, Smokers, Sinks, Side Burners, Bar Caddy’s, Televisions, and DVD Players. There is no warrantee given on lights bulbs.
Warranty Performance
In the event of a malfunction caused by manufacture defect that is covered under the terms of this warranty, a factory authorized service agent of PARADISE BACKYARD will perform the necessary repairs. To obtain service, contact the selling dealer. In the event the consumer is unable to obtain satisfactory customer service from the selling dealer or service agent, written notification must be given to the PARADISE BACKYARD Customer Relations Department within 30 days of the reported failure. There will be no charge for parts on a covered item. However, the service agent may assess a reasonable travel or mileage charge per service call as well as a labor charge after the ninety (90) day covered period. If PARADISE BACKYARD determines that repair of a covered item is not feasible, PARADISE BACKYARD reserves the right to replace the defective merchandise with merchandise equal in value to the original purchase price (minus depreciation value after the first year). Warranty repair and / or replacement is the sole discretion of PARADISE BACKYARD and this warranty does not cover costs therein, including but not limited to: freight, removal, re-installation, etc. This warrant is non-transferable and may not be extended beyond the above mentioned time frames under any circumstances, by any of PARADISE BACKYARD’S representatives.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is void if the barbecue island has been subject to negligence, relocation, alteration, misuse, repairs, impact, scratches, or incorrect and / or prohibited applications and / or installations damages caused by purchaser. Gas lines must be installed by a licensed plumber only or local gas company agent. Incorrect electrical installation by unlicensed electricians, service or delivery by non-PARADISE BACKYARD authorized representatives, acts of God and other cases beyond the control of PARADISE BACKYARD are not covered by this warranty. This limited warranty applies only to barbecue islands (outdoor kitchens) used for personal, family, and outdoor household purposes. This warranty does not apply to labor charges beyond ninety (90) days on barbecue islands, replacement parts and hardware. This limitation is retroactive and applies to all barbecue islands (outdoor kitchens) manufactured from 1999 and hereafter.
Disclaimers
PARADISE BACKYARD shall not be liable for loss of use of the barbecue islands (outdoor kitchens) or other incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages, which may include, but are not limited to, removal of permanent deck or other custom fixtures or the necessity for crane removal. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal of the applicable warranty stated above.
Natural stone: Rock, travertine, marble, granite, etc. may be characterized by dry seams, pits, chips, cracks, and fossils that are often filled with grout during installation. These are normal imperfections and are not considered defects. Natural stone and porcelain tile countertops are raw and require sealing and maintenance buyer.
Legal Remedies
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

Warranty Limitations
The Limited Warranty is void if the barbecue island has been subject to negligence, relocation, alteration, misuse, abuse, and/or repairs by non-PARADISE BACKYARD authorized representatives, incorrect electrical installation, acts of God, and any other cases beyond the control of PARADISE BACKYARD.
Examples of common acts not covered by this warranty include but are not limited to:
Scratches and/or stains caused by use.
Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, etc.)
Damage caused by dirt, sand, and/or water damage.
Damage caused by regular use and/or wear and tear over time.
Damage caused by continued operation of the barbecue with either known or unknown problems.
Damage caused by direct sunlight.
Damage caused as a result of failure to follow the operating instructions as defined in the owner’s manual.
This Limited Warranty applies only to barbecues normally used for personal, family, or household purposes.
This Limited Warranty specifically excludes commercial barbecue islands.
Warranty Exclusions
PARADISE BACKYARD warranties the barbecue islands and associated hardware from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
Stereo systems are delivered with their own manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover labor charges beyond ninety (90) days on barbecue islands, replacement parts and hardware.
Disclaimer
Natural stone: Rock, travertine, marble, granite, etc. may be characterized by dry seams, pits, chips, cracks, and fossils that are often filled with grout during installation. These are normal imperfections and are not considered defects. Small fissures in grout joints are only superficial in nature and as such are not considered defects. Note that all natural stone and/or tile countertops are unfinished and must be sealed by the buyer prior to use. ALWAYS USE PROTECTIVE COASTERS ON YOUR COUNTERTOP TO PREVENT STAINS AND WIPE UP ALL SPILLS IMMEDIATELY.

Return Policy Statement
Paradise Outdoor Kitchens Website Return Policy Statement.
This document was last updated on April 28, 2011.
1. Return Period
Paradise requires you to open and inspect your products right away upon receipt. Damaged Boxes and/or products must be reported to the delivery carrier upon receipt and any problems with goods must be reported to Paradise with in 24 hours of delivery. If there is a problem, you can return them with in 7 days as long as Paradise was properly notified and you received a return authorization from Paradise a refund or exchange will be given. Email Sales@paradiseoutdoorkitchen.com to get authorization. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges for any items without proper authorization or after the 7 day return period (all returns must be post marked by or before the deadline). WARNING: Do not send a return item if not pre-authorized your item will not be sent back and no credit will be issued.
2. Credit for Returns
Payment for returns and exchanges will be issued once we
confirm receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise
must be returned with original packing, user guides and
instruction manuals. Please be aware that it may take as long as 20 business days to process your return and send your payment. Exchanges will be processed after inspection of goods and may take as longs as 5 to 7 business days after receipt to send out a replacement.
3. Refunds
Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns. The original
shipping and handling charges are not refunded with returns.
When you return items from a group of items purchased, the
remaining amount spent may no longer be eligible for any
discount you may have received (e.g., for gifts with purchase,
free gifts, buying in quantity). If this is the case, the discount is subtracted from the price you paid for the returned item. To
receive a complete refund, all items from the original purchase
must be returned with the original packing, user guides and
instruction manuals.
